UPPER DARBY — Harry Carr, a member of the Class of 2024 at Monsignor Bonner & Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School, is this year’s recipient of the Charles Longen Sr. Scholarship, an annual scholarship for secondary school baseball players who attend Catholic high schools in the region.
